Director’s Profile
Mr. Rajeev Sasmal is an accomplished professional with over 32 years of diverse experience across the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Education industries. His career began in the pharmaceutical sector, where he worked with renowned companies such as Lupin Labs, Emcure Pharma, and Sanjivani Remedies as a Regional Manager, overseeing sales and marketing operations across the state. His leadership in this domain spanned several years, enabling him to develop a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and FMCG landscape. After a decade of success in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Sasmal transitioned into the education sector, joining the prestigious T.I.M.E. Bhubaneswar as the Operations Head for Odisha. Over the past 22 years, he has managed a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing operations to mentoring students. His exceptional guidance and mentorship have helped train more than 10,000 students in communication and soft skills, preparing them for successful careers and higher education opportunities. Currently, he serves as the Director of Umbria Education Pvt. Ltd. and the Centre Director of iQuanta Bhubaneswar, which is recognized as one of India's largest online coaching platforms for CAT preparation.
