Refund Policy

At Umbria Education, we value transparency and fairness in our dealings with students. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student needs to seek a refund of their fees. Therefore, we have established the following fee refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be considered for tuition fees paid towards the coaching program if a written request is submitted within 15 days from the commencement of the program.
  • Registration fees, study material fees, and Learning Management System (LMS) / student portal charges are non-refundable and will be deducted appropriately from the fees paid.

2. Refund Request Procedure

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administrative office of Umbria Education.
  • Students must clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide supporting documents, if applicable.

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be determined based on the following criteria:

  • A full refund will be processed if the refund request is submitted within 7 days of enrollment, provided that study materials have not been received and the LMS portal has not been activated.
  • If a student withdraws within the first 15 days of classes, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Registration fees, administrative handling charges, GST/statutory taxes, study material costs, and other applicable expenses will be deducted.
  • If a student withdraws after 15 days of classes, no refund shall be provided.
  • Any decision regarding exceptions to this refund policy shall be final and binding.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of receiving the written refund request and all required documentation.

5. Policy Modification

  • Umbria Education reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the policy will be communicated through appropriate official channels.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any coaching program offered by Umbria Education, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Refund Policy.
