His career began in the pharmaceutical sector, where he worked with renowned companies like Lupin Labs, Emcure Pharma, and Sanjivani Remedies as a Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing sales and marketing operations in the state of Odisha. His leadership in this domain spanned several years, enabling him to develop a robust understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.
After a decade of success in the pharmaceutical industry, Rajeev transitioned into the education sector, joining the prestigious brand T.I.M.E. Bhubaneswar as the Operations Head for Odisha. With 22 years of experience in this role, Rajeev took on a wide array of responsibilities, from managing operations to mentoring students. His exceptional mentorship skills allowed him to guide and train over 10,000 students in communication and soft skills, helping them prepare for jobs or higher studies.
